Best for ALL swimmers after Basic Training and/or Refresher Lessons
-
Maintenance lessons build on skills learned in the Basic Training program.
-
-
1-2 times per week is recommended once swim-float-swim sequence has been attained.
-
Lessons can go on as long as you would like to continue teaching your child to be comfortable in and around water.
-
Why shouldn't children take much time off?
-
As children's bodies grow, their balance changes.
-
This changing balance includes the center of gravity while floating
-
-
Children have become empowered with confidence, balance, and strength in and around the water
-
Although they have mastered their survival skills, they can always learn new skills to help them better navigate the water
