  • Best for ALL swimmers after Basic Training and/or Refresher Lessons

    • Maintenance lessons build on  skills learned in the Basic Training program.

  • 1-2 times per week is recommended once swim-float-swim sequence has been attained.

    • Lessons can go on as long as you would like to continue teaching your child to be comfortable in and around water.

Why shouldn't children take much time off?

  • As children's bodies grow, their balance changes.

    • This changing balance includes the center of gravity while floating

  • Children have become empowered with confidence, balance, and strength in and around the water

    • Although they have mastered their survival skills, they can always learn new skills to help them better navigate the water
